MPR Leadership Partners helps leaders and organizations strengthen performance by developing better leaders, building stronger cultures, and bringing experienced perspective to complex organizational and healthcare challenges. Leadership coaching and development is a core part of our work. We partner with leaders from the manager level through senior executives, and CEOs, as well as with organizations seeking to develop leadership talent across their teams. At the same time, there is no single leadership style that works for every person or every situation. We help leaders understand their strengths, adapt their approach, and apply a variety of proven leadership principles in ways that are authentic, effective, and relevant to the challenges they face.

Our healthcare strategy and advisory work brings deep industry experience to companies, investors, and organizations seeking to understand, enter, or navigate the healthcare marketplace. This may include organizations evaluating healthcare opportunities, considering investments or acquisitions, developing partnerships, entering new markets, or working to better understand how hospitals and health systems make decisions. We help clients see the healthcare environment from the inside—how priorities are set, how decisions are made, how physicians and leaders evaluate opportunities, and what can help or hinder successful engagement.

MPR Leadership Partners is led by Mike Riley, MBA, MHA, RN, whose nearly three decades of healthcare leadership span frontline clinical care, hospital operations, service-line leadership, market strategy, and approximately 15 years in President-level roles. His experience includes developing leaders, building high-performing cultures, leading organizations through growth and change, working closely with physicians and executive teams, and translating strategy into action. That combination of clinical, operational, and executive leadership experience shapes the firm’s approach: practical, people-centered, experienced, and focused on helping leaders and organizations become more effective.
